We have come a long way since we formed our first company “Hawley Transport Services” in 1997. We very quickly built a strong customer base thanks to strong communications, dedicated drivers, and a well maintained fleet. We had a unique and friendly strategy in building our team of drivers with record low turnover rates. Many companies talk a big game but the proof was in our driver retention. We still follow these practices today with Commercial Truck Center.

Commercial Truck Center was formed shortly after to care for and maintain our growing fleet. Not soon after thanks to our strong relationship with Freightliner of Knoxville we were able to qualify to perform our own Freightliner warranty work on our equipment. A Huge plus for us and our reputation. As a result, Commercial Truck Center was a big success from the beginning not only for our fleet maintenance but also the solo truck owners plus the big and small fleets passing through the area. Today we are proud to say that CTC has a substantial loyal base of regular customers, many of whom take advantage our “Fleet Maintenance Program”. Please ask us how this works and references.

In 2010 we were contacted by the great people at “NAPA” proudly known worldwide. We were very proud to join by invitation only a “Napa Heavy Duty Fleet Care Dealer. Now with over 1,300 convenient locations. To this day Commercial Truck Center has thrived thanks mostly to our loyal customers / skilled and dedicated employees. Commercial Truck Center has proven the test of time! We have highly trained people that have vast experience in all aspects of the repair / maintenance and management in the transportation industry.
